We will send a credit card authorization form to your email. This doesn’t include your credit card number, it just authorizes us to provide it to the vendor. After receiving your signed credit card authorization form, we will collect your credit card number over the phone or secure web portal and supply your information to the vendor directly. The charge will come directly from the vendor.

Absolutely! Please include that information during the booking process, and we will be sure to add it to the booking.

This is specific to the vendor. However, we encourage refundable tickets and travel insurance, because we don’t know what life has ahead of us.

There are three reasons:

1. We spend hours scouring all our available resources to create detailed quotes and travel plans. We have access to individual quotes and bundles the public doesn’t. We pride ourselves on being able to meet, or beat other quotes. If you find something lower, let us know, and we will contact the vendor to try to meet that offer.
2. The commissions are significant, and therefore the impact is significant. Let’s say you book a 10k cruise… The commission would be $1500. We take the donation off of the top – $750 goes directly to a non-profit. We use the other $750 to pay for marketing, insurance, employees, etc. that make it all possible.
3. Let’s say the vendor cancels your trip. We’ve seen it happen, unfortunately! We are the ones on the phone for 3 hours trying to get it refunded and get you home, not you!

We book everything from cruises, to Disney World Vacations, to group trips to historical sites, to church mission trips. We also can provide travel insurance options to protect you from unforeseen circumstances.

Absolutely! While many of our rates are less than what is available to the public, where it is most significant is on group trips and last minute travel. For example, we quoted a cruise <30 days to sailing that was 60% cheaper than otherwise available. Let us send you a quote!
